Nature of the Website

Hubbard County Released Inmates is an independent reference resource. It stores no official jail roster, court file, or correctional record. It cannot confirm custody, release anyone, post bond, or file a request for a visitor.

The pages point toward Hubbard County and Minnesota public resources, explain records-request routes, and may connect a visitor with an outside research tool. Only the originating office can certify its record.

Acceptable Use Rules

Visitors agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly. They must not:

• Break a law through use of the site
• Stalk, threaten, harass, or harm another person
• Base a hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decision on site content
• Attempt unauthorized access to any system or account
• Run automated bots, scrapers, or bulk extraction tools

Custody status and government records can change quickly. Nothing published here is an official statement by Hubbard County, a sheriff, a court, or Minnesota DOC.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Minnesota.

Severability

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect. The affected provision will be limited or adjusted only as much as necessary to make it enforceable.
