A name, location, or other term entered into a search box goes to the third-party provider that operates the tool. This site does not store or log those search terms on its own system. The provider’s privacy terms govern its handling of the query.
An email or message sent directly to us may contain a name, return address, and the text supplied by the sender. We keep that information as needed to answer. It is not shared outside the organization unless service delivery or law requires it.
